Stacy Kaczmarek has spent the last decade dedicated to the field of education. She began her career teaching fifth grade in an inclusive classroom in a public school in New Jersey. During this time, Stacy co-authored the district's writing and math curricula and her classroom served as a lab site for reading instruction and differentiation across the content areas. After she left the classroom, Stacy worked as a program manager and curriculum developer for a national nonprofit working to narrow the literacy achievement gap. As an educational consultant for Teaching Matters, Stacy provides educators with tangible strategies for empowering and engaging the readers within their classrooms. She approaches all of her work with a student-centered focus and great enthusiasm. Stacy received both her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College.
