Dr. Fallon Daniels is a champion for educational equity, with 18 years of experience in diverse roles across Connecticut’s largest urban public school districts. Her commitment to educational equity is influenced by the belief that all children should be able to succeed in school regardless of social or cultural factors. Within the last 18 years, Dr. Daniels has had the opportunity to serve as a high school science teacher, assistant principal, principal, Executive Director of Postsecondary Success and Alternative Programs, Director of School Leadership and Accountability, and Assistant Superintendent of Schools. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, professional development, and coaching.

Dr. Daniels’ commitment to educational equity is further demonstrated through her adjunct professor role and frequent presentations at regional and national conferences. She is a proud alum of Southern Connecticut State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master of Science in Science Education, a Sixth-Year Certificate in Educational Leadership, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Women and Gender Studies, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.
