Andrea DeVico is an experienced educational consultant with over 15 years of designing and delivering creative, culturally responsive, and standards-aligned math instruction. She holds dual master’s degrees in Secondary Math & Special Education (St. John’s University) and Urban Education & Leadership (Lehigh University).
A passionate advocate for equity in education, Andrea specializes in developing teachers and instructional leaders through targeted professional learning, collaborative coaching, and a deep commitment to inclusive practices. Her work goes beyond individual classrooms—Andrea is dedicated to coaching coaches, building collective knowledge, and strengthening collaboration across school communities to drive sustainable, system-wide growth.
