Andry Marcano is a Senior Education Consultant with 14 years of experience in education, supporting students, educators, and school communities across Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and New York City. Her career has included roles as a lead teacher, instructional coach, and Director of Education.
Andry’s areas of expertise include supporting special populations and multilingual learners (MLLs), MTSS, K–5 curriculum development, instructional coaching, strategic program planning, and developing systems that support student outcomes. She brings proven expertise in using student data to develop PLOPs, establish SMART goals, monitor progress, and design targeted interventions that respond to individual student needs.
Andry’s coaching practice is student-centered, data-driven, and rooted in educational equity. She leads with empathy and compassion, recognizing that impactful change happens through trust, relationships, empowerment, and partnership. She believes effective coaching creates space for educators to reflect, grow, and strengthen the practices and systems that help every student thrive.
Andry holds a B.A. in Psychology from The City College of New York and Master’s degrees in Special Education and Elementary Education from Lesley University.
