Anyssa Evelyn is an education leader whose career spans the classroom and school leadership, from kindergarten teacher to interim principal. She has served as an instructional leader, phonics coach, and dean of student support, bringing a student-centered approach to every role. Dually and professionally certified in general and special education, Anyssa has a particular passion for students with disabilities and for equipping teachers with the skills and confidence to support them well. She holds an undergraduate degree from SUNY Buffalo and a graduate degree from Relay Graduate School of Education, and her work reflects a throughline of literacy instruction, inclusive practice, and capacity-building among the educators around her.
