Arielle Snagg brings over a decade of experience to her role as a Senior Educational Consultant at Teaching Matters. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to equity in education. She has expertise in elementary education, curriculum development, data-driven instructional practices, and differentiation for diverse learners. Arielle’s journey in education began as an elementary school teacher and evolved into pivotal leadership roles, including instructional leader, Dean of Curriculum and Instruction, and Principal at a charter school in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Her mission is to ensure that every student has access to a high-quality educational experience.
Arielle is a homegrown New Yorker born and raised in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Arielle holds a B.A. in Neuroscience and Dance from Pomona College. She received her Master of Arts in Teaching as well as an Advanced Certification in Special Education from Relay Graduate School of Education. In her free time, Arielle enjoys spending time with her family, taking dance classes, and traveling.
