Bennison Ntsakey

Bennison Ntsakey is a senior educational leader and instructional learning designer for schools. With over 15 years of experience leading, guiding, and advising organizational leaders to improve academic achievement, Bennison’s expertise addresses special education, school leadership, instructional coaching, and curriculum development. As an achievement coach, Bennison uses learner and teacher centered, agile school design to coach school teams across the country with a framework for continuous improvement.  

Bennison served as a founding school leader in the role of Senior Director of Academics at Edmund Gordon BLCS School and led school turnaround as the principal of Community Charter School of Paterson. Before that Mr. Ntsakey as an instructional leader at Uncommon Schools  and was a School Director and Manager of Teacher Leadership for Teach For America. He began his career in education as a special educator and humanities coach for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. 

With advanced degrees from Columbia University Teachers College and the University of Miami, Bennison brings a strong research and practice foundation to his work. His early career as a special educator and humanities coach has shaped his commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering a love of learning. Bennison also works as a facilitator of learning at TheBlueprintCo Education Partners, a coalition of equity-driven leaders supporting organizations and communities toward strong, equitable results in teaching, learning, and leader development.
