Danielle Schaefer is Senior Education Consultant with seven years of experience as an educator, instructional coach, and curriculum developer. Throughout her experience as a consultant, she has supported educators in implementing high-quality literacy instruction, developed professional learning experiences, and created curriculum resources tailored to diverse student needs. Her expertise in instructional design, teacher development, and literacy education has allowed her to drive meaningful improvements in classroom instruction and student learning outcomes.

Previously, Danielle was a classroom 5-8 ELA Teacher and Learning Specialist, where she designed and implemented innovative instructional strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement. She has also served as a teacher leader to develop hybrid learning curricula and train educators to strengthen their instructional practices. Throughout her career, Danielle has been committed to fostering equity in education by coaching teachers, mentoring new educators, and collaborating with school leaders to create inclusive and effective learning environments. She holds an MAT in Adolescent Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a BA in English from Elmhurst University.
