Dwight Williams is a seasoned educator, instructional leader, and math equity advocate with more than a decade of experience transforming math teaching and learning. He has served as a math teacher, instructional coach, and school leader, consistently improving student outcomes and building the capacity of educators to deliver rigorous, culturally responsive instruction. Dwight’s expertise lies in coaching educators, data-driven instruction, culturally relevant pedagogy, and fostering inclusive classroom environments where all students can thrive.

Dwight is passionate about empowering historically marginalized students to see themselves as confident, capable mathematicians. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education. Throughout his career, Dwight has led professional development initiatives, collaborated with educators to implement innovative instructional strategies, and driven schoolwide efforts to close achievement gaps in math.

When not coaching educators, Dwight enjoys community building, hosting quarterly brunch gatherings, and reading books about leadership, psychology, and entrepreneurship. He is committed to lifelong learning and continuously seeks new ways to support educators and students in achieving their full potential.
