Heidy Campbell is an Early Childhood Senior Education Consultant with over 15 years of experience in education, supporting young learners, educators, and school communities across New York City and Washington, D.C. Her career has included roles as a lead teacher, instructional coach, Education Program Manager, and Assistant Principal. 

Heidy’s areas of expertise include early childhood curriculum development, instructional coaching, teacher development, culturally responsive pedagogy, Reggio Emilia-inspired learning, social-emotional learning, data-informed instruction, and bilingual family and community engagement. She brings extensive experience designing individualized curriculum, facilitating professional learning, coaching and mentoring educators, analyzing student progress, and developing learning environments that respond to the diverse needs of young children and their families. 

Heidy’s coaching practice is collaborative, relationship-centered, and grounded in the belief that educators thrive when they feel supported, empowered, and valued. She believes effective coaching creates opportunities for educators to reflect on their practice, strengthen their instructional strategies, and develop engaging, culturally responsive classrooms where every child can learn and thrive. As a bilingual Spanish/English educator, she is also committed to supporting multilingual learners and building meaningful partnerships with families and communities. 

Heidy holds a Master of Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and Bachelor of Science from George Mason University.
