Ivie Okundaye is a passionate and dynamic educational leader with over a decade of experience in instructional coaching, curriculum development, and teacher mentorship. With a strong background in both Math and ELA instruction, she has successfully guided educators in implementing data-driven strategies that lead to measurable student growth. As a former Grade Level Director and Dean of Academics, Ivie has played a pivotal role in designing professional development programs, fostering inclusive learning environments, and supporting diverse student populations, including English Language Learners and students with special needs. Her dedication to academic excellence has earned her both an Exceptional Growth Award  in 2017 and an Excellence Award for improving student outcomes in 2018.

Committed to continuous learning and innovation in education, Ivie is currently furthering her expertise by pursuing an EdD in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessments. She partners with schools to equip educators with the tools and strategies necessary to enhance instructional practices and drive student achievement. With an unwavering belief in the potential of every learner, Ivie’s work is rooted in equity, rigorous instruction, and reflective practice, ensuring lasting impact in classrooms and communities
