Jessica Rodrigues is a Senior Educational Consultant for Teaching Matters with an expertise in Early Literacy instruction. She is passionate about teaching educators how to analyze and use data to inform instructional decisions with the goal of increasing student achievement. Prior to joining Teaching Matters, Jessica served as a Founding Teacher at a turnaround school, Instructional Coach, Early Literacy Specialist, and a Bilingual Literacy Coach. She has worked in both district and charter schools in Newark and Elizabeth, NJ. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with double concentration in International Business and Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland. She received her K-6 Elementary Education Teaching Certificate through Relay’s Graduate School of Education.
