Jessica Zannikos is a dedicated consultant passionate about supporting educators in cultivating learner-centered environments that lead to transformational outcomes for students. With over a decade of experience in education, she has held roles in the K-12 education sector as Deputy Superintendent, School Principal, Dean of Instruction, Literacy Coach, and Classroom Teacher. Jessica has experience implementing and building capacity in areas such as– culturally sustaining pedagogy, restorative practices, universal design for learning, differentiated literacy instruction, cognitive engagement strategies, promoting student dialogue, student work analysis, unpacking curriculum, and project-based learning.

Jessica believes in the power of tailored instructional coaching. She understands that each educator is a unique adult learner, and she strives to match her coaching to their specific needs. She has experienced that the best learning outcomes for students occur when educators have a coach who intentionally builds trust, models best practices, fosters collaboration, analyzes student data, and supports them in developing clear goals.

Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from NYU, Performance Coaching certification from Brown University, and ACC Leadership Coaching accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
