
Kate Baxter is a seasoned educational leader with over 15 years of experience teaching and leading in public charter schools. She has served as a teacher, Dean, Principal, Managing Director, and Chief Operating Officer, leading teams of school and network leaders to strengthen academic culture, school operations, and student outcomes. Kate enjoys coaching school leaders and teachers, delivering professional development on instructional leadership and classroom culture, and guiding school networks through strategic planning initiatives.
Kate holds a Master’s degree from DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has also completed the Relay Graduate School of Education’s National Principal Academy Fellowship and the Building Excellent Schools LENS program. She is passionate about helping schools and networks align their vision, people, and systems to create thriving environments for students and educators alike.
