Laina Vlasnik Yip is the Director of the Robin Hood Learning + Technology Fund, a multi-million dollar fund. She leads the literacy and AI portfolios for the Fund and manages the Fund’s engagement efforts, including its community of practice and thought leadership strategy.
For nearly 20 years, she has worked at national education nonprofits such as Achievement First and New Leaders, designing, leading, and scaling programs that support teachers, principals and other senior leaders in running rigorous, joyful schools.
Laina is a fellow with the Pahara Aspen Leaders Program. She began her career as a teacher.
