Lauren Kalb has served as a Classroom Teacher, Learning Specialist, Grade Level Leader and Classroom Management Coach in both New Jersey and Brooklyn. Lauren loved fostering and creating relationships with students and making sure that all her students were reaching their goals. In her prior roles, Lauren wrote curriculum and instructional plans to meet the needs of all students. Lauren created plans and executed rigorous test prep to 3rd and 4th grade students for the state tests. Lauren has coached and led teachers through professional development to ensure that their classroom management was strong. Lauren has created classroom settings that were engaging, rigorous and organized. Lauren loves coaching, teaching and supporting teachers through their challenges that allows them to get results. Lauren used a variety of classroom management techniques and curriculum to help students feel successful.
Lauren holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT. In Laurens free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and going skiing or to the beach.
