Madeline Andrews brings over a decade of experience in education centered on equity-focused pedagogy, systems design, and advocacy for multilingual learners, immigrant, and refugee students. Having served as a teacher, instructional leader, and department supervisor in New York City Public Schools across The Bronx and Brooklyn, as well as in Oregon and international school settings. A co-founder of an educational non-profit and a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Madeline works alongside educators and administrators to build sustainable, culturally responsive practices that drive student achievement.
Madeline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Teachers College, Columbia University.
