Nadine Dillon is the Associate Director of Communications at Teaching Matters, where she leads the organization’s marketing, branding, and strategic communications efforts. She partners across teams to ensure Teaching Matters’ voice reflects its mission and impact, translating lessons from the field into clear, compelling narratives that engage donors, educators, and partners.

Prior to joining Teaching Matters, Nadine served as Director of Marketing and Communications at New Visions for Public Schools, where she oversaw all marketing, branding, and communications efforts for the organization and its former network of charter schools. With nearly 20 years of experience in education and social good communications, she brings a strategic and equity-centered approach to storytelling and brand leadership.

In addition to her work in communications, Nadine is a certified life coach of over ten years, supporting leaders and changemakers in clarifying their vision, strengthening their voice, and taking aligned action. She is deeply committed, both personally and professionally, to advancing equity and helping individuals lead and live with authenticity.

A Brooklyn native now based in New Jersey, she holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University.
