Stephanie Enaje (ee-nah-hay) is a Senior Educational Consultant with Teaching Matters. As an instructional coach, she brings an equity-driven lens and is devoted to empowering educators and cultivating student success. With over 15 years of experience in education and expertise in K–5 ELA, foundational literacy, and Tier II intervention, Stephanie supports teachers and school leaders to enhance their instructional practices and create meaningful educational experiences for all students. Focusing on students furthest from opportunity, Stephanie facilitates deeper learning and collaboration around differentiation, multilingual learners, and data-informed practices that drive intentionality, efficacy, and engagement. Throughout her professional journey, Stephanie gained invaluable experience and insight into the diverse needs of students and school systems through her work in District of Columbia Public Schools and Houston ISD.

With roots in community service, partnerships, and capacity-building, Stephanie has worked and served alongside social justice leaders committed to interrupting systemic barriers within historically disenfranchised communities. She believes in the transformative power of education and is committed to providing teachers and leaders with the necessary resources to make generational impacts for all of their students.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from The University of Maryland and a Master of Science in International Development and Service Learning from The University of Mount Saint Vincent.
