As an educator, Tracy’s instruction of students and coaching of teachers, was and continues to be driven by her desire to see students succeed, especially those of marginalized communities.  She believes that effective instruction increases student learning, confidence, and risk-taking, which leads students to have a richer life as they become adults. She has coached and developed novice and experienced teachers.  As Principal, her strategic planning and targeted work with teachers and other stakeholders have led to a better educational experience for students.  From planning and facilitating professional development to coaching teachers and leaders, her work has led to a decrease in suspension, and higher performance on NYS exams and overall course work from year to year.  Tracy is grateful to serve and work with educators who are in this work for the betterment of our culture, our country, and the young people who will one day be leaders of our country.
