Troye Thomas is a Senior Educational Consultant with over 10 years of experience in elementary education as a teacher, coach, and school leader. She directly managed teachers between 2nd-4th grade by holding them accountable for their students’ academic and cultural achievement and creating a school culture of scholastic excellence, seeing year-to-year growth on state exams. Troye believes that strong results are found through consistent planning, investment in teacher development through observation and feedback, and leading effective PD. Troye believes that as educators, there is a duty to create and sustain joyful, rigorous educational environments for students that show them what is possible while developing teachers who feel successful.
